About Us: About the Practice

Charles V. Toman, MD is an Orthopedic Surgeon committed to excellence. He pledges to provide the highest quality of orthopedic care possible to all of his patients. Dr. Toman not only treats acute and chronic orthopedic problems, he strives to integrate the doctrine of prevention and generalized fitness in all of his treatment plans, thus preventing future difficulties.

Compassionate Care

Dr. Toman specializes in Sports Medicine, Joint Preservation Surgery, and Minimally Invasive Joint Replacement Surgery. He and his wife have volunteered their time and expertise to humanitarian medical missions to third world countries, most recently Peru. Additionally, Dr. Toman has trained at world-class institutions including the University of Miami School of Medicine, the prestigious Washington University School of Medicine Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Saint Louis, Missouri, as well as "The Home of Sports Medicine" The Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Toman's combination of training, experience, and his down to earth approach to your orthopedic injuries will place you at ease when you are hurting the most.
